News - World: The International Amnesty Organization considers that Israel is defying the International Court of Justice to prevent genocide by not allowing sufficient humanitarian aid to reach Gaza.

In a statement, Amnesty International said, "A month after the ruling of the International Court of Justice, Israel has failed to ensure the arrival of sufficient life-saving goods and services to the inhabitants of Gaza, who are at risk of genocide and on the brink of famine." 

Amnesty International added that the occupying entity failed to take the minimum temporary measures to protect Palestinians. The organization had earlier stated that "Israel must end its occupation of Palestine to stop fueling the apartheid system and systematic human rights violations."

 Amnesty International Secretary-General Agnes Callamard, as public hearings begin at the International Court of Justice to consider the legal consequences of the Israeli occupation, emphasized that the world must realize that ending the illegal Israeli occupation is a prerequisite for stopping repeated human rights violations in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories. 

The organization pointed out that for 56 years, Palestinians in the occupied Palestinian territories have been besieged and silenced under the yoke of brutal Israeli occupation, subject to systematic discrimination. 

It emphasized that the Israeli occupation of Palestine "is the longest military occupation and one of the most deadly military occupations in the world. For decades, this occupation has been characterized by systematic and widespread violations of the rights of Palestinians. It has also enabled and entrenched the Israeli apartheid system imposed on the Palestinians."

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Monday the increase in the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Strip to 29,782 martyrs and 70,043 injuries since October 7th.

The Ministry, in a brief statement, pointed out that the Israeli enemy "committed 10 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, resulting in the death of 90 martyrs and 164 injuries during the past 24 hours."

It stated that "some of the victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, as the occupation prevents ambulance and civil defense crews from reaching them."

Since October 7th, the enemy forces have been waging a bloody war, during which tens of thousands of explosives were dropped, more than 50% of the buildings in the Strip were destroyed, and 90% of its population was internally displaced, causing an unprecedented humanitarian crisis and famine, especially in Gaza and the West.
