Ramadan Provides Opportunity to Fight Arrogant Powers, Israel: Iran's President
News - Middle East: Iranian President Ebrahim Raeisi says the holy month of Ramadan will be an opportunity for Muslim nations to take effective steps to fight arrogant powers and the Israeli regime.
In a message on Monday, President Raeisi extended his congratulations to leaders of Muslim countries on the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan.
The usurping Israeli regime has occupied the Palestinian territory for more than seven decades and committed heinous crimes, he said.
Over the past months, he added, the regime has killed more than 30,000 innocent civilians, particularly children, in the Gaza Strip.
