Speech by Leader of Revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik Badruddin Al-Houthi (May Allah protect him) as part of the speeches of the leaders of the Jihad and Resistance Axis in the Al-Quds Voice activities 1445 A.H.

I seek refuge in Allah from Shaytan, the outcast.

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.

Praise is to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. I believe that there is no god but Allah, the Sovereign and the Manifest Truth, and that Muhammad, our master, is His servant, Messenger, and Last Prophet.

O Allah, confer Your salat and blessings upon Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad as You conferred Your salat and blessings upon Ibrahim and the Family of Ibrahim. You are Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory! And be pleased with Muhammad's good companions and all Your righteous servants and mujahidin.

Brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

Peace, mercy, and pleasure of Allah be upon the Palestinian people and those stationed in the Al-Aqsa Mosque and in resilient Gaza

We extend greetings to all the honourable attendees in the capitals of the Axis of Jihad and Resistance who come together in the Al-Quds Voice activities.

Allah (Glory be to Him) says in the Holy Quran, {'O you who believe, do your duty to Allah and fear Him. And seek the means of approach to Him, and strive hard in His Cause as much as you can. So that you may be successful'}[Al-Maida 5:35].

Our dear Yemeni people, driven by their affiliation to faith and as they are the Yemen of faith and wisdom, stand with all their capabilities and move in all fields, both officially and popularly, to support the oppressed Palestinian people and the sanctities of the Ummah, with the Al-Aqsa Mosque at the forefront. It has been evident to the whole world how effective our dear people's comprehensive position is, which has encompassed military operations in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea and even extended to the Indian Ocean, in addition to the ballistic and winged missile strikes against targets belonging to the Israeli enemy in southern occupied Palestine. This impactful, effective position integrates with the fronts of Jihad and resistance in Gaza, Lebanon, and Iraq within the framework of the Axis of Resistance. Since the beginning of the Aqsa Flood battle, we have directed ourselves to support it with all we could afford, continuously seeking to develop our missile and naval capabilities in order to make a greater contribution to supporting the Palestinian people and targeting the criminal occupying Israeli enemy.

The oppressed Palestinian people have been suffering from injustice, persecution, killings, kidnappings, torture, demolition of homes, uprooting of farms, and other practices. [They also suffer from] the deprivation of their right to freedom and independence, the usurping of their land, the occupying of their homeland, and the targeting of their sanctities since the British occupation, the entity whose crimes did not suffice for it so that it exacerbated them by the establishment and support of Zionist Jews to continue the occupation and perpetrate further crimes, which also enjoyed the support of Western countries and governments. This has been the case since then and all the way up to the current position of the Americans, who are an actual partner and in complete partnership with the Israeli enemy in its crimes and aggression against the Palestinian people.

In the face of that, there has been a significant negligence on the part of Muslims to stand with the Palestinian people (who are part of them) and their sanctities in Palestine. This has reached such a level that some have recently become complicit in efforts to undermine the Palestinian cause under the title of normalization and the title of the Deal of the Century, the failed deal.

The Palestinian cause is the central cause for the Ummah, and it is distinguished by clearly aligning with truth without any doubt. The ongoing oppression of the Palestinian people for decades is well-known worldwide, yet no entities, whether international organizations and institutions like the United Nations and the Security Council, or others, have taken action to stop this oppression and restore the right to its people. On the contrary, they have contributed to the continuation of the occupation and oppression. Likewise, any efforts based on compromise and abandonment of the right under titles such as 'peace negotiations and the two-state solution' or other similar proposals and initiatives that have proven to be complete failures, have not succeeded and will not succeed. The only successful option is Jihad in the path of Allah (Glory be to Him), which has been the basis for the resistance movements in Palestine, along with the free people of the Ummah. This option has proven its effectiveness in Lebanon, where it led to the defeat and withdrawal of the Israeli enemy in 2000 A.D. and its humiliation, retreat, and defeat in 2006 A.D., as well as its subsequent failures in three rounds in Gaza and its shameful and disgraceful failure in its current aggression, in which it commits genocidal crimes in Gaza for six months, without being able to end the resistance, regain its captives without an exchange deal, or achieve any image of victory. Instead, it portrays a gruesome image of criminality.

The Palestinian cause is distinguished by its connection to the destiny of the Ummah. The destiny of the Ummah is also connected to this cause, whose final outcome is clear and known in advance, as the Holy Quran has spoken about that in Surah Al-Isra and illustrated the inevitable end and downfall of Israeli dominance and corruption that will be achieved through Jihad in the cause of Allah, carried out by His mighty servants. The level and magnitude of Israeli criminality and tyranny, coupled with its inherent failure, the extent of resilience and steadfastness of the mujahidin in Gaza, and the unity of the Palestinian people (despite the killings, subjecting to hunger, and comprehensive destruction) are clear indicators of the consequences and repercussions of this issue according to the true promise of Allah that is never broken: {'[It is] the promise of Allah. Allah does not fail in His promise, but most of the people do not know'}[Ar-Rum 30:6].

Indeed, it is the religious, humanitarian, and moral duty of the entire Ummah—which also aligns with its interest and national security—to exert effort and strive to support the Palestinian people and their mujahidin by all means. It is also important for the Ummah to realize that the Israeli enemy is an enemy to all and that the Palestinian people are fighting the battle of the entire Ummah, and their mujahidin are in the forefront and the first line of defence. Otherwise, the Israeli enemy would have succeeded in inflicting great harm on the rest of the Arab countries, especially the neighboring countries to Palestine, which were previously targeted by Israeli aggression.

With the permission and support of Allah, we will spare no effort in supporting the Palestinian people and their dear mujahidin in Gaza. They have presented an unparalleled legend in human history with their steadfastness, firmness, patience, and courage. We extend to them a tribute of honour, appreciation, and reverence.

I say to my fellow mujahidin who sent greetings while sniping the Israeli enemies and striking them: May Allah look on you with favour, honour you, and grant you victory. I kiss your fingers that press the trigger in striving for the cause of Allah and inflicting harm on His enemies. I kiss your proud heads, which have raised the Ummah's head high. We ask Allah to grant you a resounding victory and a manifest triumph.

We also extend our greetings and appreciation to the Palestinian people in Al-Quds, to those patient ones stationed in the Holy Al-Aqsa Mosque, and to the free, resistant mujahidin in the West Bank.

We say to the Palestinian people in all parts of Palestine, both inside and outside:

Our people and our country (officially and popularly) will spare no effort in supporting you. Your cause is their primary cause, and they are now carrying the banner of Jihad. Our people are engaged in the Battle of the Promised Victory and the Sacred Jihad, confronting American and British aggression, targeting the Israeli enemy, and preventing its passage and navigation in the Red Sea, the Arabian Sea, and all the way to the Indian Ocean. Our steadfastness in this position is an integral part of our religious, human, and moral duty. Therefore, it is an uncompromising position that we will not retreat from. We will continue to work in harmony with our brothers in the Axis of Resistance to develop our position, enhance cooperation, and improve performance and action until the promised victory is achieved, by the permission of Allah, the Almighty.
