Abdulsalam Offers Condolences to Hamas Chief for Family Loss in Israeli Airstrike
News - Middle East: Mohammed Abdulsalam, head of the National Delegation, expressed his condolences and sympathy to Ismail Haniyeh, the leader of Hamas's Political Bureau, for the loss of three of Haniyeh's sons and several grandchildren in an Israeli airstrike.
Abdulsalam highlighted that such profound losses, shared by the people of Gaza and the occupied West Bank, fortify the Palestinian people's determination against Israeli aggression.
On Wednesday, three sons of Ismail Haniyeh, the political bureau chief of the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas, were killed in an Israeli airstrike on a refugee camp in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.
Local media outlets identified the sons as Hazem, Amir, and Muhammad.
Haniyeh’s grandchildren were also killed in the strike that targeted a vehicle in the al-Shati refugee camp on Wednesday afternoon.
