May 3, Ongoing Crimes: US-Saudi Aggression Targets Sana'a Airport, Suburbs of Sa'adah

Yemen: The US-Saudi aggression continued its crimes against the Yemeni people by targeting Sana'a International Airport with 3 airstrikes, one of which hit the civilian cargo plane "Youshen" in a blatant targeting of civilian assets.

The aggression's warplanes also carried out airstrikes on the homes of citizens in the outskirts of Dhi Na'im city, causing a state of panic, fear, and great terror in the memory of children and women in a terrifying night.

May 3, 2015: 3 airstrikes by the aggression on Sana'a International Airport:

On this day, May 3, 2015, the US-Saudi aggression aircraft resumed targeting Sana'a International Airport with several airstrikes for the third time since the beginning of the aggression against Yemen.

Sana'a Airport, which continued to provide its services to all Yemeni people, remained open to receiving UN aid, negotiation delegations, and representatives in Yemen. However, the leadership of the aggression countries decided to put it on the list of civilian targets for their destructive airstrikes.

The Youshen cargo plane was turned into a ball of rising flames in the airport's sky by the aggression's airstrike, reminiscent of the scenes of American atomic bombing on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, with giant flames and geometric angles.

At one o'clock in the afternoon, the aggression's aircraft flew over the skies of Sana'a and unleashed their destructive hatred upon a civilian aircraft, turning it into a pile of smoke, fire, and ashes, in a deliberate targeting of Yemen's infrastructure and civilian assets.

The three airstrikes conducted by the aggression's aircraft targeted: the Youshen civilian cargo plane, the airport's runway near the lens of the camera, and the empty courtyard of the Delmi military base.

This plane had been transporting food supplies to Socotra Island and other inhabited islands and meeting the needs of their residents, patients, and travelers to and from them for decades. However, the aggression's air force, in its destructive objectives against Yemen, did not hesitate to deprive the inhabitants of those islands of the services of this aircraft and what they needed.

Targeting Sana'a International Airport with airstrikes and disabling it, depriving Yemeni people of their rights to travel, receive healthcare abroad, education, and business travel, and targeting civilian assets protected by international humanitarian law aboard the aircraft, are blatant violations of various international laws and conventions, and an assault on the Yemeni people's rights.

The closure of Sana'a International Airport after being bombed have consequences on the health of the Yemeni people, unless they are allowed to enter, in a systematic process of exterminating the Yemeni people covertly and slowly.

According to UNICEF, a mother and six newborns die every two hours due to pregnancy or childbirth complications under the blockade, weak health services, and 51% of health facilities suffer from a severe shortage of medicines and equipment due to the aerial blockade of Sana'a International Airport.

The airstrikes on Sana'a International Airport have resulted in the total destruction of the civilian aircraft "Youshen" and taking the airport's runway out of service, creating a state of terror and fear in the hearts of children and women in the residential neighborhoods adjacent to the airport lounge. They deprived the Yemeni people and patients of their rights to travel, move, and receive healthcare, as well as the entry of medicines and medical supplies, leading to the deterioration of health conditions and services in health facilities, with its effects and consequences on the safety and health of the Yemeni people. This caused the Yemeni people in a circle of genocide through direct killings by airstrikes on homes, shops, roads, schools, and weddings, through the aerial blockade of Sana'a International Airport and its consequences.

3 May 2018... Aggression Targeting Suburbs of Dhahian City in Sa’adah:

In the year 2018, on the same day, May 3rd, the suburbs of Dhahian City in the Majz Directorate of Saada Governorate were targeted, with the aggression's aircraft aiming at civilian targets, including human lives, all aspects of life, and its fundamentals and services.

At midnight, children, women, and residents of the suburbs of Dhahian City were enveloped in deep sleep, after a day of toil in their farms and grazing their livestock, engaging in their usual daily activities to earn a living.

The aggression's aircraft hovered over the area, penetrating the walls of houses with its sound, awakening mothers and alongside them their children.

The aggression's aircraft dropped its deadly cargo on the courtyard of a citizen's house in the suburb, causing panic and prompting men and elders to rush to the site of the airstrike, while fear gripped the breath of children and women, clinging together with their thin arms, trembling hands, and trembling hearts, with rapid beats, experiencing a collective awakening and readiness beyond the usual time.

The sounds of the airstrikes exploded and rose in the suburb, accompanied by the heartbeats and screams of children and women. An elderly woman lying unable to rise from her bed prayed to God, declaring her surrender and readiness to receive the airstrike if death were to come upon her. Meanwhile, her adult children hurried with determined steps towards the site of the airstrike to participate in the rescue, whether the airstrikes were on this neighbor or that.

The enemy's choice of nighttime for its airstrikes is a grand psychological warfare strategy against children and women, in a failed attempt to subdue the Yemeni people, forcing displacement and leaving the land to invaders prepared and equipped for a military invasion of Yemen, occupying it, and confiscating the freedom and dignity of its people.

Here lies a giant crater amidst the courtyard and four distant walls, caused by the US-Saudi aggression's airstrike on a house near a mountain, where the enemy thought there was an arms depot, yet the scenes show crowds of children treading on the airstrike's shrapnel.

The airstrikes of the aggression resulted in the destruction of the courtyard walls and a state of fear, panic, and terror in the hearts of children, women, and residents asleep, amid a dark night in their memories filled with longing for jihad and readiness to take revenge from an enemy who spared neither them nor their dignity."
