Minister of Human Rights Condemns US-British Airstrikes on Hodeidah Radio

News - Yemen: The Minister of Human Rights in Yemen, Ali Al-Dailami, condemned the recent US-British airstrikes on Hodeidah Radio, asserting that the Yemeni people's resilience will overcome the aggressors' plans.

During his visit to the Hodeidah Radio building and inspection of the damage caused by last Thursday's brutal US-British aggression, Al-Dailami stated that such crimes blatantly violate international norms and conventions and will not be forgotten.

Deputy Governor of Hodeidah, Ahmed Al-Bishri, echoed these sentiments, labeling the attacks a blatant defiance of international laws and a stain of shame on the perpetrators.

He emphasized the role of national media in resisting aggression and supporting the Palestinian people.

On Thursday night, the United States and the United Kingdom launched a series of raids on the capital Sana'a and the provinces of Hodeidah and Taiz, resulting in 16 martyrs and 35 wounded, some critically injured.

The aggression aircraft targeted the capital Sana'a and its province with a series of airstrikes, including three raids on the Nahdin area in the Al-Sabeen district, one raid near Sana'a International Airport, and two raids on the Jarban area in the Sanhan district.

In Hodeidah, the aggression targeted the radio building and the Al-Salif port, resulting in over 51 martyrs and wounded in a preliminary toll.

The US-UK aggressive airstrikes on Yemen continue in clear violation of Yemeni sovereignty, as an attempt to deter Yemen from its decision to prevent Israeli ships from passing through the Red Sea in support of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, who are facing a genocidal war by the savage Zionist entity.

Yemenis have openly declared their support for Palestine's struggle against Zionist occupation since the regime launched a devastating war on Gaza on October 7, following the surprise Operation Al-Aqsa Storm by Palestinian resistance movements.

The Yemeni Armed Forces have declared that they will not cease retaliatory strikes. The maritime attacks have compelled major shipping and oil companies to suspend their voyages to the ports of the Zionist enemy.
