News - Yemen: Yemen's Ministry of Human Rights confirmed that the absolute and unlimited support from the American administration and Western countries encourages the Israeli entity to escalate crimes and violations against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.

The ministry held the United States, Western countries, and Israel fully responsible for the continuation of these massacres and crimes.

It condemned the disregard of many Arab regimes for Israel's terrorism in Palestine and their various forms of complicity in the killing and extermination of civilians and depriving them of food and medical aid.

The ministry reminded the UN and international courts that the deliberate starvation of civilians and obstruction of relief supplies by Israel constitutes a grave war crime and genocide, according to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.

In its statement, the ministry warned the international community about the seriousness of the situation in the Gaza Strip, calling for immediate measures to ensure the protection of civilians and the imposition of an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

It also called on third-party countries to fulfill their legal responsibilities to end the impunity of the occupying state and to press for an immediate halt to the genocide.

The Ministry of Human Rights called on the free people of the world to intensify their support for the Palestinian people and to pressure the US and Western countries to stop the systematic killing of civilians in the Gaza Strip.

Israel launched the war on Gaza on October 7 after Palestinian resistance groups carried out a surprise retaliatory operation into the occupied territories.

The Israeli war has killed at least 38,243 Palestinians so far, including around 17,000 children. Another 88,033 Palestinians have sustained injuries as well.
