News - Yemen: The Secretary-General of the Democratic Unitarian Socialist Party in Mauritania, Mahfoudh Ould Aziz, sharply criticized the Saudi regime and some Arab countries for their policies hostile to the Palestinian cause.

Ould Aziz accused these countries of exerting pressure on the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas in favor of the Zionist entity.

Ould Aziz described the blockade and conspiracies Yemen is facing as punishment for its anti-American and anti-Zionist stances and its support for the Palestinian cause.

He said, "Yemen was previously punished for its anti-American and anti-Zionist slogan and now for its support for the Palestinian people."

He added, "Yemen is leading our Arab world in confronting imperialism and Zionism, which is why it worries the Western colonial powers that seek to subjugate Arab peoples and silence their free voice."

Ould Aziz affirmed that Saudi Arabia and some Arab countries are committing reprehensible and unprecedented crimes against the Palestinian cause.

Ould Aziz considered that what Yemen has faced in recent years and what it is currently being targeted for aims to extinguish its liberating role.

It is worth mentioning that the Democratic Unitarian Socialist Party in Mauritania is an Arab nationalist political party that supports the Palestinian cause and opposes American intervention in the region.

The US-UK aggressive airstrikes on Yemen continue in clear violation of Yemeni sovereignty, as an attempt to deter Yemen from its decision to prevent Israeli ships from passing through the Red Sea in support of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, who are facing a genocidal war by the savage Zionist entity.

Yemenis have declared their open support for Palestine’s struggle against the Israeli occupation since the regime launched a devastating war on Gaza on October 7.

Yemeni Armed Forces have said that they won’t stop their attacks until Israeli ground and aerial offensives in Gaza, which have killed at least 38,350 people and wounded another 88,033 individuals, come to an end.
