Yemeni Armed Forces Break New Ground with Historic Drone Strike on Tel Aviv

Yemen: On Friday, the Yemeni Armed Forces broke a new historical barrier in the conflict with the Zionist enemy.

They added to their unprecedented list of strategic achievements in supporting the Palestinian people, establishing a new equation and a surprising, earth-shaking escalation path that carries a massive transformation for the present and future of the confrontation.

This confirms the inevitability of the new regional and international reality inaugurated by the Al-Aqsa Storm operation on October 7, a reality marked by the defeat and disappearance of the Israeli enemy and the end of the Western dominance supporting it in the region.

This was achieved through a shocking operation targeting the enemy's capital and its decision-making center and existence, with a new drone that managed to penetrate at least four regional and international defensive rings, inaugurating a new main front unexpected by the enemy or its partners.

The qualitative operation that struck an "important target" in the occupation capital, resulting in the death of one Zionist and injuring at least 10 others, represented a new shocking escalation for the enemy.

For months, the enemy and its American, European, and regional partners have been facing a major dilemma in trying to contain the impacts of the Yemeni front supporting Gaza in the sea and towards the "Umm Rashrash" area.

They were surprised that the dilemma suddenly became larger and more dangerous than they had imagined, with their decision-making center itself becoming a target for this front, unexpectedly without the Yemeni Armed Forces gradually escalating as in other operations. The first strike was accurate, documented, and decisive, confirming that the horizon of this new path is open from the beginning to all terrifying possibilities.

The Hebrew media expressed this shock clearly, with Yedioth Ahronoth stating: "They continuously announce the launch of missiles and drones towards Israeli territories, which Israel does not confirm. But tonight, with the deadly strike of the Yafa drone in the heart of Tel Aviv, it has been proven that the Houthis are a serious problem for Israel."

The mayor of occupied Jaffa (Tel Aviv), Ron Huldai, stated after the operation that the occupation authorities "went on high alert in light of the incident," confirming that "the war is still here, and it is difficult and painful," clearly indicating that the enemy authorities suddenly found themselves facing a front in the heart of the occupation entity after believing that the threats against their capital had been contained.

Maariv newspaper quoted the commander of the (Tel Aviv) area saying after the explosion: "It is not clear to us at the moment what this tool is; this is something unfamiliar to us."

American media also expressed the shock caused by the operation, with Axios stating that what happened is considered one of the most dangerous attacks on "Israel" since October 7.

According to Hebrew media, the Yemeni drone "Jaffa" struck a building near the American embassy, with an Israeli journalist documenting this in a video clip, commenting: "When they say death to America and death to Israel, they are not joking."

Regardless of whether the target was the American embassy or another important target, the operation clearly demonstrated that the Yemeni Armed Forces are capable of targeting highly sensitive places deep within the strategic heart of the occupation entity.

This message was explicitly conveyed by military spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Saree, who confirmed in the operation's statement that "the Yemeni Armed Forces declare the occupied Jaffa area an unsafe area and it will be a primary target for our weapons. We will focus on targeting the enemy's internal front and reaching deep inside," adding that "the Armed Forces confirm possessing a bank of targets in occupied Palestine, including sensitive military and security targets, and will proceed to strike those targets in response to the enemy's massacres and daily crimes against Gaza Strip."

This message carries many implications that will not be lost on the shocked entity, including that the Yemeni leadership possesses a broader and more complex strategy than it appears in the estimates of the United States, which has undertaken the task of containing the Yemeni front and has clearly failed. In other words, Yemen possesses additional qualitative escalation cards that cannot be anticipated. And although it entered this battle with the highest level of available capabilities, surprising the world in the naval battle, it has carefully prepared and provided additional escalation equations and tools over the past months to keep pace with the genocide crimes with appropriate responses and balanced updates to the target bank.

This means that the available capabilities no longer constitute a barrier that Americans and Zionists can rely on to estimate or anticipate the ceiling of Yemeni escalation supporting the Palestinian people, especially since the American army has explicitly admitted that it does not possess any information about the size and nature of the Yemeni arsenal to evaluate the ceiling of Yemeni operations.

This makes the historic "Jaffa" operation a significant blow, confirming that the Yemeni front cannot be controlled and that the only way to prevent sudden shocking surprises is to stop the aggression on Gaza; because these surprises entail establishing strategic paths and equations whose impact goes beyond the current moment.

According to videos documented by Zionist settlers, it can be observed that the "Yafa" drone entered the enemy's airspace from the Mediterranean Sea, which means it maneuvered and overcame at least four defensive belts surrounding the enemy, including American, British, and European defenses deployed along the Red Sea, Saudi and Egyptian defenses (which assist in trying to repel Yemeni attacks on the Zionist enemy since the beginning of the battle), reaching the enemy's defenses consisting of multiple layers, starting with various missile systems to advanced fighter jets.

This clearly confirms what the Yemeni Armed Forces announced in the operation's statement, that the "Jaffa" drone "is capable of bypassing the enemy's interception systems and cannot be detected by radars," also corroborated by the confused narrative provided by the Zionist enemy army, which claimed the drone reached its target due to "human error," a transparent and desperate attempt to cover up the failure of the detection and interception systems the drone bypassed, even by accusing occupation army officers of negligence in defending the "capital".

Although the Armed Forces have not yet revealed the specifications of the new drone, it has attracted the interest of many military experts who have tried to deduce what they can from the photos and videos published to understand the new weapon.

In this context, German weapons expert Fabian Hinz from the International Institute for Strategic Studies wrote: "We cannot be completely certain, but it seems we are facing a new version of long-range 'Sammad' drones, which have previously been used in several attacks against Israel," adding: "One can see that we are facing a large drone."

Hinz stated that "increasing the range of Yemeni drones will allow hitting further targets and flying routes avoiding the enemy's defenses and attacking from unexpected angles," which clearly seems to have happened in the "Jaffa" operation, as the drone arrived from the Mediterranean Sea, as video clips show; confirming that the claims of the Zionist enemy army about "human error" are baseless, and that the drone indeed managed to bypass the defensive belts because the matter is militarily possible.

Therefore, introducing this weapon in the Gaza support battle and inaugurating a path of bombing the occupation entity's capital through it represents a significant strategic shift in confrontation tools and equations. The ability of the Armed Forces to reach this level opens a broad horizon for developing and introducing other weapons with similar or perhaps more advanced specifications, which may include missiles that the Yemeni war industry has already managed to exceed five times the speed of sound.

In other words, this operation, with its sudden update to the target bank and the introduction of longer-range weapons capable of maneuvering and bypassing defensive belts, represents the inauguration of a new actual front for the Zionist enemy, which, despite strict censorship, cannot hide what the targeting of Jaffa (Tel Aviv) represents as a collapse of "red security lines," according to the Zionist National Security Minister Ben Gvir; meaning the adverse effects of the genocide in Gaza, which the Yemeni front managed to create, have reached an unbearable level.
