The agreement, announced on Tuesday by the National Delegation and the UN Special Envoy to Yemen, with the Saudi regime, includes four clauses. The first is "the cancellation of recent decisions and measures against banks from both sides and the cessation of any similar future decisions or measures," meaning the Saudi regime and its mercenaries will cancel the aggressive decisions regarding transferring the headquarters of commercial banks from Sana'a and restricting their activities. These decisions were made under American orders to pressure Yemen to stop supporting Gaza.
The second clause is "the resumption of Yemen Airways flights between Sana'a and Jordan and increasing the number of its flights to three daily, with flights to Cairo and India daily or as needed," which is a significant success for Sana'a in forcing the enemy and its mercenaries to backtrack on the airport closure decision that accompanied economic escalation steps to achieve the same hostile goal. It also succeeded in securing more rights for the Yemeni people, which the enemies and mercenaries had tried to hold onto as bargaining chips throughout the past period.
The third clause, according to the text of the agreement, is "holding meetings to address the administrative, technical, and financial challenges facing Yemen Airways," which is a step forward in neutralizing the company and ending the Saudi enemy and its mercenaries' manipulation of the company and using it as a tool in the siege against the Yemeni people.
The fourth clause is "beginning to hold meetings to discuss all economic and humanitarian issues based on the roadmap," representing significant national pressure on the Saudi enemy to end procrastination and move from de-escalation to a clear peace agreement.
This agreement clearly demonstrated the failure of all blackmail and pressure attempts by the American enemy and the Saudi regime to force Sana'a to backtrack on its decision to support the Palestinian people. It also affirmed the Yemeni leadership's ability to exert stronger and more impactful reverse pressures that compel the enemy not only to stop its new escalation steps but also to retract its intransigence regarding the Yemeni people's entitlements.
It is no secret that the stern warnings issued by the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badruddin Al-Houthi to the Saudi regime, and the subsequent significant popular support, were the cornerstone of this qualitative achievement, reaffirming the Yemeni leadership's ability to establish rules on the ground and at the negotiating table and the end of the era of blackmail.
