US Administration's Involvement in Assassination of Martyr Ismail Haniyeh

World: The US administration is openly involved in the most heinous mass assassination in human history: the genocide of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, including children, the elderly, and women. Today, no one can ignore or deny the US administration’s involvement in this crime. This administration incited the Zionist entity to commit genocide, evident in the US President’s explicit and clear statement during his visit to Israel after the October 7 operation, where he declared his administration’s support for the Zionist state, including what he termed as the right to self-defense, without any limits or restrictions. The American Secretary of State, Blinken, also echoed this incitement during his visit to the criminal Zionist state, emphasizing that his visit was as a Jewish Zionist before being the US Secretary of State.

Everything declared by the American President and his Secretary of State legally constitutes incitement to commit genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, a continuous and sequential act for ten months. Incitement itself is considered participation in the crime under the provisions of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide. But the US administration did not just participate in the crime through incitement; it also provided the Zionist entity with the means and tools for the crime, which enabled the criminal to perpetrate his crime. The US administration publicly provided the criminal entity with the latest military equipment and thousands of tons of the deadliest and most destructive bombs and missiles, representing the newest production of American war machinery. The Zionist criminal entity used these to destroy Gaza entirely, leveling its infrastructure and buildings and killing its people en masse, tearing them into pieces, including children, women, and the elderly.

No one in this world can deny or refute the US administration’s role in the genocide in Gaza, a role that surpassed the direct actions of the Zionist entity itself. The tools and means for committing the crime were provided by the US administration, without which the criminal could not have committed the crime or continued its acts for ten months, as shipments of death flowed continuously from the US administration. Moreover, the criminal administration provided political cover for the crime in the United Nations Security Council and other international forums, preventing any decision to stop the genocide.

The US administration’s role did not stop there; it also supported the treasury of the Zionist entity with tens of billions of dollars. Furthermore, it stationed its naval and air forces to deter anyone trying to prevent the Zionist entity from continuing its genocide. This was followed by the American Congress’s celebration of criminal Netanyahu, a celebration that embodied the moral and humanitarian collapse of the American administration and its legislative council, which often legislated punishments for several regimes worldwide under the pretext of human rights violations.

Based on the above, there are no grounds to exclude the US administration from the hypothesis of involvement in the assassination of martyr Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran, the capital of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The US administration lacks the minimum humanitarian and moral values that would prevent its involvement in the assassination. If it had such values, it would have been evident in its stance on the genocide in Gaza.

Gaza has exposed the falsehood and deception of the US administration for decades, regarding its adoption of the protection and promotion of human rights worldwide and its defense against violations by ruling regimes, especially in the Middle East. The Gaza crime, especially those horrific scenes of its children whose innocent, pure bodies were torn apart by American bombs, has confirmed beyond doubt that this administration is deeply criminal. What it falsely promoted about protecting and promoting human rights, specifically children's rights, was merely a pretext to interfere in the internal affairs of countries.

The hypothesis of the US administration’s involvement in the assassination of martyr Ismail Haniyeh is confirmed for several reasons, including the material and logistical capabilities the US administration has in the region surrounding the geographical scope of the crime and the airspace above it. These enormous capabilities are not available to the Zionist entity within its usurped geographic scope or elsewhere. Just as the US administration provided the Zionist entity with all the means and tools for genocide in Gaza without regard to any moral values or humanitarian aspects, knowing full well that everything it provided in lethal weapons, political cover, financial support, and military protection on the ground was not directed against a state with a strong regular army posing an existential threat to the Zionist entity but rather against children, women, and the elderly. The legitimate Palestinian armed resistance, even by the acknowledgment of the US administration and the Zionist entity, does not visibly exist above ground but operates from beneath it as a legitimate base for resisting occupation.

What has been destroyed is Gaza’s infrastructure and buildings, and those who have been killed are its children, women, and elderly. The mujahedeen, however, continue to inflict heavy losses on the army of the criminal Zionist entity to this day. Despite the obvious role of the criminal US administration in the genocide over the past ten months, it continues its partnership in the crime, confirmed by the unprecedented celebration of criminal Netanyahu by the American Congress.

If that is the case, and reality and facts confirm all this, what moral and humanitarian justification allows us to exclude the hypothesis of American involvement in the assassination of martyr Ismail Haniyeh? Among the reasons suggesting American involvement in the assassination crime in the capital of the Islamic Republic, especially at this particular time, is the smooth and calm transition to the presidency following the Iranian presidential elections. These elections represented a refined model that exceeded, by all standards, the false Western democracy, specifically the American one. The chaotic scenes that followed the presidential elections nearly four years ago, when Biden was announced as the winner of the American presidency, exposed the falsity and brutality of American democracy, with chaos, rioting, and the storming and vandalizing of the US Congress building.

Thus, the US administration benefits more than others from the assassination, aiming to erase the elegance of the Iranian presidential elections and the positive international reputation it garnered for the ruling system's democracy in the Islamic Republic, compared to the negative reputation of the US administration and its fake democracy. If the assassination was an end in itself, the Zionist entity, in partnership with the US administration, could have executed it anywhere else Ismail Haniyeh was temporarily or permanently present. The Zionist and American intelligence agencies operate freely without obstacles or barriers, making it easier to assassinate without provoking significant reactions. However, choosing the territory of the Islamic Republic for the assassination serves the US administration’s goals in terms of location more than executing the crime elsewhere.

As for the timing of the crime, the period also serves the US administration's objectives. If the assassination was intended specifically in Iranian territories, it could have been carried out at any previous time when Ismail Haniyeh was in Iran. He has been there on numerous occasions, notably to offer condolences for the martyrdom of President Ebrahim Raisi and his companions. However, the US administration was fully aware that assassinating at an earlier time would not have the same impact on the Islamic Republic, which celebrated the inauguration of its new president with a significant international presence as a result of free and fair popular elections. This affirmed the unprecedented acceptance and compliance with the popular will, unparalleled in the brutal American capitalist democracy, confirming that the assassination is spatially and temporally linked to the US administration's resentment and anger over the success of the presidential elections in Iran and the state of stability and social peace in the Islamic Republic. This has risen powerfully and vigorously in all fields, especially politically, while the American and Western realms are receding due to their hypocrisy, deception, and distortion.

The US administration heavily relied on significant internal fractures following the martyrdom of President Ebrahim Raisi and his companions, expecting the collapse of the ruling system or at least major disturbances that would bring the country out of its control. However, the presidential election results were shocking to the US administration, prompting it to spoil this historical moment for the Islamic Republic. It is evident that the US administration, facing its presidential elections, fears these elections might bring violence, turmoil, and chaos, as in the previous elections, turning its fake democracy and fabricated elections into a global joke compared to the Iranian presidential elections.

Based on the above, the role of the Zionist entity in the assassination of martyr Ismail Haniyeh is limited to claiming responsibility for the crime. Planning and execution, with all its requirements and necessities, fall under the jurisdiction of the US administration, which, alongside its material and intelligence capabilities, has extensive experience in similar assassination crimes in various countries. Another important point supporting this is that if the Zionist entity alone planned and executed the crime without any participation from the US administration, the latter would have distanced itself from the legal and moral consequences of the crime. Being a permanent member of the Security Council, tasked with maintaining international peace and security, it should have left the Zionist entity to bear all consequences of the assassination, whether retaliatory or legal. Logically, the American administration should have condemned the Zionist entity for committing this crime, not asked the violated state where the crime occurred to de-escalate, while at the same time declaring its commitment to defending the Zionist entity against any retaliatory reactions!

What has been stated does not negate the possibility of involvement by several Arab and Western intelligence agencies from countries with diplomatic representation in the Islamic Republic, in providing some necessary information from the ground to serve the US administration’s plan. Most Western and Arab countries with representation in the Islamic Republic are part of the American criminal alliance in the genocide in Gaza. The intelligence agencies of the Arab countries are part of the American intelligence apparatus and work for it. This dirty method of recruiting others to serve its goals is one of the US administration’s primary methods and carries its dirty criminal fingerprints.
