News – Yemen: Yemen's Parliament condemned the ongoing silence of Arab and Islamic regimes that have normalized relations with the Zionist entity, even as it continues to commit genocide against civilians in the Gaza Strip. The latest atrocity was the brutal massacre at the Tabi'een school, which sheltered displaced individuals in the Al-Daraj neighborhood in central Gaza City during the dawn prayer, resulting in the deaths of more than 100 martyrs and dozens of wounded.

In a statement on Saturday, the Parliament strongly condemned the continued silence and complicity of the international community, the United Nations, the Security Council, and their affiliated UN bodies in the face of these massacres.

The statement asserted that if it were not for the abandonment by Arab and Islamic nations and the complicity of the international community and UN bodies, the Israeli occupation would not have been able to continue committing massacres, genocide, starvation of Palestinians, preventing humanitarian aid, forcibly displacing them, and destroying civilian properties and facilities in Gaza.

The Parliament noted that this massacre is just one in a series of brutal massacres committed by the occupation against the Palestinian people since last October, including attacks on displacement camps and schools, resulting in the martyrdom of approximately 40,000 civilians and the injury of 100,000 others.

The Parliament renewed its call on Arab, Islamic, and international parliaments, as well as free people and nations worldwide, to assume their legal, moral, and humanitarian responsibility by pressing for the accountability of Zionist war criminals and taking immediate international action to stop the genocide and all crimes committed by Zionist forces in the Gaza Strip.

It also urged the protection of the Palestinian people in Gaza and all occupied Palestinian territories, the imposition of sanctions on the occupation entity, and the cessation of all forms of normalization, support, and political, financial, and military cooperation with the Zionist war criminals. Furthermore, it called for activating political and economic boycotts against this criminal entity.

The statement also demanded accountability and prosecution of the states complicit with the Zionist entity in committing these crimes, particularly the United States of America and Britain, as well as any other country proven to have provided the entity with support or assistance related to the commission of these horrific crimes.

Earlier in the day, Israel bombed the Al-Tabi’een school in the Al-Daraj neighborhood east of Gaza City, leaving more than a hundred people dead and many more injured.
