News - Yemen: The Yemeni Armed Forces praised Iran’s "Operation True Promise II" against Israel, expressing readiness to participate in any joint military operations against the Zionist enemy in support of the Palestinian and Lebanese people and in response to any Israeli aggression targeting support fronts.

In this regard, the Rocketry Force of the Yemeni Armed Forces confirmed the execution of a military operation targeting military sites deep within Zionist territory in occupied Palestine using three Quds-5 cruise missiles.

"The missiles successfully reached their targets, while the enemy remains silent about the results," the Armed Forces spokesman Yahya Sare'e said in a statement on Wednesday.

The statement further emphasized that continued US and British support for Israel puts their interests in the region under threat.

"The Armed Forces will not hesitate, with Allah’s help, to expand military operations against Israel and its backers until the aggression ends and the siege on Gaza is lifted, as well as the aggression on Lebanon," Sare'e added.

On Tuesday night, the Islamic Republic launched hundreds of missiles towards the Zionist entity’s military and intelligence bases all over the occupied Palestinian territories in response to the regime’s deadly aggression against the country and other regional nations.

Yemenis have declared their open support for Palestine’s struggle against the Israeli occupation since the regime launched a devastating war on Gaza on October 7 last year, killing at least 41,638 Palestinians to date.

The Yemeni Armed Forces have said that they won’t stop their attacks until Israeli ground and aerial attacks in Gaza end.

Israel launched its brutal campaign of genocide in Gaza after Palestinian resistance groups conducted a surprise Operation Al-Aqsa Storm into the occupied territories.

The regime has had in place a near-total siege on the coastal territory, which has reduced to a trickle the flow of foodstuffs, medicine, electricity, and water into the Palestinian territory.

Israel also intensified its acts of terror and aggression in Lebanon that saw the regime assassinating Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah in an airstrike on southern Beirut.

The death toll from Israeli aerial assaults across Lebanon since early October 2023 has passed the 1,700 mark with nearly 8,770 injured, according to Lebanese government data. In response, Hezbollah has fired barrages of rockets and drones towards Israeli targets.
