Yemen: Yemen did not participate in the Al-Aqsa Flood battle or engage directly with the Zionist entity and the American regime based on sectarian, regional, nationalist, or political calculations. 

Instead, it joined from a place of faith and ideology, striving in the path of Allah and responding to His commands: defending the oppressed in Gaza and countering the evil and danger posed by America and Israel to the nation.

There is no doubt that confronting the enemy entails harm and losses. However, these losses pale in comparison to the damage and devastation that would befall nations and people if they fail to defend themselves and allow their enemies to invade their lands and sanctities. What has happened in Syria is a clear example. Had the Syrian regime and people confronted the enemy’s repeated aggressions, they would not be paying the heavy price they do today.

It is incorrect for some media outlets and channels affiliated with the Axis of Resistance to claim that Yemen has nothing to lose in its confrontation with the Zionist entity. Yemen indeed has much to lose—innocent lives, public and private properties, and more. However, Yemen considers such losses a profitable trade with Allah. No matter how great these losses are, they are insignificant compared to the losses Yemen would suffer in the present and future if it did not take this stand. To Yemen, true loss is the loss in the Hereafter.

After the events in Lebanon and Syria, the Zionist entity declared its intent to invade the region, reshape the Middle East, and establish “Greater Israel” from the Nile to the Euphrates. What halted this American-Zionist project was the stance of the Yemeni people and leadership in Sana’a. Yemen elevated its confrontation with the Zionist entity, delivering severe blows that curtailed its ambitions and made it feel existentially threatened. As a result, Israel now relies on international organizations for protection.

The threats issued by Netanyahu against Yemen may have frightened some Arab and Islamic peoples and regimes. While some feared for Yemen, others saw it as an opportunity to diminish Yemen’s capabilities. However, these Zionist threats only strengthened the resolve and determination of the Yemeni people and leadership in Sana’a to confront them.

This resolve was clearly expressed by the Yemeni people’s million-strong demonstrations following these threats, filling the streets and squares. This occurred alongside American and Zionist attacks on some civilian facilities in Sana’a and Hodeidah. Yemen’s swift, overwhelming response came within hours, targeting the depths of the Zionist entity and an American aircraft carrier.

Unlike some Arab and Islamic regimes that continuously suffer from American and Zionist attacks yet merely declare their “right to respond,” Yemen does not delay. Yemen retaliated immediately, driving the American aircraft carrier out of the Red Sea and forcing millions of Zionist settlers into shelters multiple times. Yemen’s principle is clear: it does not let a grievance go unanswered, not even for a single night. This is a lesson well understood by both Americans and Zionists.

As a result, their rhetoric and attacks on Yemen have softened. They now admit their inability to deal with Yemen and acknowledge their need for regional and international alliances to confront it. This approach has been their strategy against Yemen for the past decade. Yet, Yemen emerged as a regional power and is now on its way to becoming a global force—a reality that the current battle and forthcoming international alliances will only solidify, Allah willing.
