Zionist Aggression in Gaza: 4 Massacres Leave 52 Martyrs and 128 Injured in 24 Hours

News - Middle East: The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the Zionist enemy has committed four massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, with 52 martyrs and 128 injured being brought to hospitals in the past 24 hours.

In its daily statistical report on the number of martyrs and wounded from the ongoing Zionist aggression, the ministry noted that several victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, unreachable by ambulance and civil defense teams.

The ministry reported that the death toll from the Zionist aggression has risen to 42,227 martyrs and 98,464 injuries since October 7 of last year.

Earlier, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza issued a distress call, described as the "final plea," stressing the urgent need to allow fuel supplies into the besieged Gaza Strip's hospitals to save the lives of the wounded and sick before it’s too late.

In a brief statement, the ministry described the situation at Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza as "catastrophic," noting that the coming hours will be critical for the lives of many children in the intensive care unit due to fuel shortages and the enemy's blockade preventing supplies from reaching northern hospitals, alongside severe overcrowding.

Northern Gaza is facing a dire situation, as the enemy has imposed a total blockade on all its residents and launched a new ground military operation in the Jabalia refugee camp.

On October 6, the enemy forces announced the start of a ground military operation in Jabalia, claiming it was to prevent Palestinian resistance forces from regrouping in the area. This came hours after launching an intense assault on the eastern and western areas of northern Gaza, including Jabalia, in what was the most violent attack since last May.

With the launch of this new military operation against Jabalia, the enemy forces began displacing Palestinians from three towns in northern Gaza, in what appears to be an unofficial implementation of the so-called "Generals' Plan," which aims to depopulate northern Gaza and impose a full blockade in preparation for settlement expansion.

Northern Gaza's hospitals require 12,000 liters of fuel daily, the same amount needed by hospitals in the southern Gaza Strip. However, these quantities are not regularly available due to Zionist practices, forcing hospital administrators to rely on small generators with lower production capacities than the main power grid, according to data from the Ministry of Health.

Since October 7, 2023, the Zionist entity has cut off electricity to the Gaza Strip, which had provided around 100 megawatts of power across various areas. The only power plant in Gaza stopped operating over a month ago due to the prevention of fuel supplies, plunging the region into constant darkness amid widespread displacement.

The Israeli genocide war, supported fully by the U.S., against Gaza has now entered its second year, resulting in over 139,000 martyrs and wounded, the majority of whom are women and children, with 10,000 missing and massive destruction of infrastructure.
