It targeted the great leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran, where he was a guest of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and also targeted Iranians in Syria at the consulate, among other repeated targeting and assassinations, even within Iran itself.

"The enemy is the one who violated Iranian sovereignty. When Iran responds according to its legitimate rights, both in legal and international terms, and even according to the United Nations' charters, the Israelis and Americans consider it a problem and an escalation.”

He pointed out that the enemies "call what the Israeli enemy does a 'response,' but it is not. What they do is aggression, and the West does not want Arabs and Muslims to respond. They want to participate with the Israelis so they can do whatever they want — kill people, confiscate and destroy their property, kidnap, starve, and do as they wish — and then present it as 'self-defense.'"

In his speech, the leader also said: "America and the West believe that the victim has no right to do anything, and they describe their response as 'terrorism.' If a Lebanese is attacked by the Zionist, they have no right to defend themselves. This is the case for any Arab country. When the Zionist Jews come to confiscate land and kill children and women, they label those who resist as 'terrorists' and 'criminals.' They invert matters and turn the truth upside down in this obvious way."

He noted that "the equation the Americans want to impose on our region cannot happen in Iran. The Iranian stance is clear and brave. Iran has the right to confront Zionist tyranny, and it is also the responsibility of Muslims to strive in the way of Allah and confront the Israeli enemy."
