Years of Tragedy: Remembering October 25th as a Day of Ongoing War Crimes Against Yemen
Yemen: On October 25 in the years 2015, 2017, and 2020, US-Saudi aggression airstrikes continued their war crimes and policies of genocide against the Yemeni people, launching brutal raids on homes, residential neighborhoods, food warehouses, shops, border villages, and infrastructure in the governorates of Sana’a and Saadah.
October 25, 2015: 27 Martyrs and Injured in Two Separate War Crimes in Sana'a Airstrikes
On October 25, 2015, US-Saudi warplanes committed a brutal airstrike on citizens' homes in Rahm Al-Ulya area in Sanhan District, and the second was airstrikes targeting a food storage facility in the residential Bir Ubaid area of Al-Safiyah District, resulting in 4 martyrs, 23 wounded, destruction, and damage to properties and homes, as well as fear and panic among children and women. The humanitarian toll of these scenes is deeply distressing.

On October 24, 2015, the US-Saudi aggression launched dozens of brutal airstrikes on Haydan City, its market, and a gas truck in Haydan District, Saada Governorate. This resulted in extensive damage to residents’ properties, the displacement of families, and worsening of their living conditions.
October 25, 2017: Two Martyrs in Airstrike on Motorcycle in Saadah
On October 24, 2017, aggression warplanes targeted a motorcycle on the main road in Al-Hamaqi area, Baqim District, Saada Governorate, with a direct and brutal airstrike. The attack resulted in two martyrs on their way to work on a nearby farm.
October 25, 2020: Death of a Child in Artillery Bombardment on Border Villages in Saadah
On October 24, 2020, the US-Saudi-American aggression and their mercenaries shelled the properties, homes, and farms of citizens in the border villages of Baqim District, Saadah Governorate, with artillery and rocket fire, resulting in the death of a child, widespread destruction, and fear among the residents. Dozens of families were displaced from their destroyed homes, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis amid a lack of aid, services, and basic living needs.
