News - Yemen: The Yemeni Armed Forces announced that intelligence reports indicate numerous shipping companies linked to the Israeli enemy are working to divest or disguise their assets.

These reports reveal that Israeli maritime companies are transferring their shipping and transport assets to other companies or re-registering them under different names. However, the Armed Forces warned that any change in ownership or flag of Israeli enemy vessels will be disregarded.

The Yemeni Armed Forces cautioned all entities against engaging with these ships or companies, as they are sanctioned and prohibited from entering Yemen’s operational zone. The Armed Forces reaffirmed their commitment to enforcing a maritime blockade on the Israeli enemy, targeting any ships owned by, associated with, or en route to it.

They emphasized that this blockade will persist until aggression ceases, the blockade on Gaza is lifted, and hostilities against Lebanon end.

Since the onset of Israel's war on Gaza on October 7, 2023, following the Palestinian resistance's surprise Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, Yemen has openly declared its support for Palestine. The Yemeni Armed Forces have vowed to continue their attacks until the Israeli ground and aerial offensives in Gaza cease and have reiterated their readiness to deploy all military capabilities against Israel, including support for Lebanon's Hezbollah resistance movement.

In a recent address, the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi, confirmed Yemen’s continued support, revealing that up to 196 enemy-linked ships, including American and British vessels, have been targeted. He noted that Yemeni forces have recently supported the Palestinian cause with 25 ballistic and cruise missile strikes as well as drone operations.
