News - Yemen: Yemen's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates affirmed that the International Criminal Court (ICC) could no longer turn a blind eye to the genocide being committed in Palestine. It issued arrest warrants for Israeli war criminals Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant for committing war crimes and crimes against humanity against the Palestinian people.

In a statement, Ministry spokesperson Ambassador Waheed Al-Shami criticized the ICC’s inaction regarding Palestine since its inception in 2002. He accused the court of political bias, selectively targeting certain countries while allowing others to evade justice.

Al-Shami emphasized that the Zionist regime's ongoing violations of international and humanitarian law have undermined global trust in legal institutions. He stressed that ending the impunity for Zionist war criminals is crucial to halting aggression in Gaza and restoring faith in international justice.

He urged ICC member states to enforce court rulings, ensure accountability, and demand justice for the Palestinian people.

He emphasized that all Zionist leaders responsible for genocidal acts should face international justice and be held accountable for their crimes against the Palestinian people.

The US, a key ally of Israel, provides at least $3.8 billion in annual military aid and has approved $14 billion in additional assistance since the conflict's escalation.

So far, Israel has killed at least 44,056 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injured 104,258 others in Gaza.
