World: The United States continues its direct involvement in the aggression against Gaza through various means.

Beyond its unconditional military support for Israel—providing weapons, advice, and direct participation in the ongoing assault—Washington employs its veto power at the UN Security Council to block any resolutions in favor of the Palestinian cause.

Over the course of more than a year of brutal aggression on Gaza, the U.S. has used its veto power four times to prevent the adoption of resolutions aimed at halting the continuous violence. The latest instance occurred late last week when 14 Security Council member states supported a draft resolution to cease the war, only for the U.S. to block it with its veto.

This American veto demonstrates once again that Washington is a direct accomplice in the aggression against the Palestinian people, bearing responsibility for the genocide and ethnic cleansing in Palestine.
