News - Yemen: Millions of Yemeni people took to streets Friday in Sana’a and other governorates, denouncing the Zionist aggression targeting civilian facilities in the capital, Sana’a, and Hodeidah Governorate. 

They highlighted that the attacks on civilian infrastructure, including the airport, Ras Kutayb power station, and the ports of Hodeidah and Ras Isa, are part of a broader series of crimes committed by the Zionist occupation with international backing and the complicit silence of Arab states.

The rallies condemned the ongoing crimes committed by the Zionist enemy against the Palestinian people in Gaza by land, sea, and air for the 448th consecutive day. 

These attacks have led to the martyrdom of approximately 45,399 people, most of whom are women and children, and the injury of 107,940 others since October 7, 2023. 

The participants noted that international silence has encouraged the Zionist entity to deliberately target civilian facilities and disregard international conventions and rules of engagement.

In a statement, the rallies praised the achievements of Yemeni security forces and the armed forces, highlighting successful hypersonic missile operations that penetrated the enemy's air defense systems and thwarted the U.S.-British attack on Yemen by targeting an American aircraft carrier.

The statement also commended the effectiveness of Yemen’s military operations, which have significantly demoralized the enemy. It urged the armed forces to continue delivering decisive strikes against the Zionist entity in support of the Palestinian cause.

It reiterated their full support and authorization for leader Abdulmalik al-Houthi to take all necessary decisions and measures to deter the Zionist-American enemy, backing Gaza and the Palestinian resistance fighters until victory over the Zionist oppressors is achieved.

The statement highlighted the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza, where tens of thousands of displaced Palestinians face catastrophic conditions amidst cold weather and severe shortages of food and water. It reaffirmed Yemen’s principled and humane solidarity with Gaza, vowing to continue the struggle for the promised liberation and sacred resistance, regardless of challenges and pressures.

The rallies also celebrated Yemen’s security accomplishments, credited to divine guidance and the vigilance of the Yemeni people. The statement emphasized the high readiness of the Yemeni people to confront the oppressors of this era—America, Britain, and Israel—and called for active efforts to thwart the criminal schemes of the aggressors targeting Yemen and the broader Arab and Islamic nation.
