News - Middle East: Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi condemned the U.S.-Israeli aggression on Yemen during a meeting with his Omani counterpart, Badr Al-Busaidi.

In a joint press conference following their meeting, Araghchi stated that views were exchanged, and both parties denounced the American and Israeli attacks on Yemeni territories.

“We emphasize preserving Yemen’s unity and territorial integrity and hope that the peace talks will resume and that we will prevent conspiracies that could lead to another war,” Araghchi said.

Yemenis have declared their open support for Palestine’s struggle against the Israeli occupation since the regime launched a genocidal war on Gaza.

The Yemeni Armed Forces have said that they would not stop their attacks until unrelenting Israeli ground and aerial offensives in Gaza end.

Commenting on his country’s stance on developments in Syria, the Omani Foreign Minister stated: “Like Iran, we support a policy of non-interference in the internal affairs of nations. We stress that maintaining Syria’s independence, territorial integrity, and sovereignty must align with ensuring Syria retains its rightful international role.”
