News - Yemen: The Secretary-General of the Palestinian National Initiative Movement emphasized that Israel cannot endure a confrontation with the Yemenis.

Speaking to Almasirah TV, Dr. Mustafa Barghouti explained that the Israeli regime understands Yemen's intervention as an act of solidarity with the Palestinian people, who are enduring a brutal massacre.

 He discussed the significant disparity in military capabilities between Yemen and the Israeli enemy, affirming that despite this stark imbalance, the Israelis and their leaders know very well that if 'Israel' wants to end the ongoing clashes, it must first cease its aggression on Gaza.

Dr. Barghouti accused the United States and Britain of complicity in the crime, questioning, "Why are the United States and Britain bombing Yemen?" This was a reference to their cooperation with the Israeli enemy in attempting to halt Yemeni operations supporting Gaza.

He also mentioned Yemen's operations in the Red Sea targeting Israeli ships or those linked to the Israeli enemy, stating, "The matter of the ships is clearly tied to the aggression on Gaza, and once this aggression stops, full freedom of navigation will return."

Dr. Barghouti highlighted the heavy anti-Yemen incitement in Israeli media, affirming that "Netanyahu boasts about American and Western support, but deep down he knows that a dwarf cannot become a giant."

Since Israel began its devastating war on Gaza on October 7, 2023, Yemen has openly expressed support for Palestine’s resistance against the Israeli occupation. The ongoing aggression in Gaza has claimed the lives of at least 45,514 Palestinians, mostly women and children.

In addition to missile strikes, Yemen has also targeted ships linked to Israel, the United States, and the United Kingdom, aiming to force an end to the Tel Aviv regime’s genocidal war on Gaza.

The US-British coalition continues its aggression on Yemen in support of the Israeli occupation, attempting to deter Yemen from supporting the Palestinian people.

However, the Yemeni Armed Forces have vowed to continue their attacks until Israel halts its ground and aerial offensives in Gaza.
