News - Middle: Approximately two million settlers in occupied Jaffa (Tel Aviv) and southern and central occupied Palestine fled to shelters after missiles launched from Yemen struck Israel late Monday. Lod Airport (Ben Gurion) was closed following the attack, with sirens heard in the south, center, and north of occupied Palestine, including Jaffa and south of Haifa.

Israeli enemy media confirmed that two ballistic missiles were fired from Yemen toward Israel, with one missile reportedly hitting a location south of Jaffa. Despite Israeli claims of missile interceptions, media outlets showed footage of the missile strike and smoke rising from the targeted area. The sirens and missile strikes caused panic, leading to several injuries in road accidents and stampedes as settlers rushed to shelters.

The Yemeni Armed Forces stated that they would issue a statement soon regarding significant military operations. The missile strikes follow an escalation of Yemeni operations against Israel in support of Palestinians in Gaza, where at least 45,541 people have been killed since the beginning of the Israeli offensive on October 7, 2023.

In addition to missile attacks, Yemen has also targeted ships linked to Israel, the United States, and the United Kingdom in an effort to end Israel's war on Gaza. Yemen has vowed to continue its operations until Israel halts its military actions in Gaza.
