News - Middle East: The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine - General Command praised the missile attacks by the Yemeni Armed Forces targeting Ben Gurion Airport in occupied Jaffa with a Palestine-2 hypersonic ballistic missile.

In a statement, the Front emphasized that these operations once again demonstrate the failure of the Zionist deterrence system and the diminishing ability of the Zionist-American alliance to neutralize Yemen's support for the just cause of the Palestinian people and their legitimate struggle against forces of oppression and tyranny.

The statement also lauded the Yemeni Armed Forces, including the naval forces, rocketry forces, and the drone air force, for targeting the U.S. aircraft carrier USS Harry Truman with numerous drones and cruise missiles, thwarting a planned U.S. attack.

The Front affirmed Yemen's legitimate right to self-defense, rejecting American dictates and subservience while confronting external threats to Yemeni sovereignty. 

It commended the wisdom and determination of Yemen's leadership, represented by Sayyed Abdulmalik Badreddin Al-Houthi, in executing the free will of Yemenis to support the Palestinian people and continuing Yemeni Armed Forces operations until the war ends and the siege on Gaza is lifted.

Earlier today, the Yemeni Armed Forces announced that their Rocketry Force carried out two targeted military operations in occupied Jaffa and south of Al-Quds, using two missiles that hit their intended targets. This came alongside a large-scale joint operation targeting the American aircraft carrier Harry Truman in the Red Sea.

These operations are part of Yemen's fifth phase of support for Gaza, with the Yemeni Armed Forces stating they will continue their efforts until the aggression on Gaza is stopped and the siege is lifted.

The Armed Forces emphasized their preparedness to face any threats from the Israeli and US enemies, stating, "We are ready to face any Zionist-American threats aimed at preventing Yemen from fulfilling its religious, moral, and humanitarian duty towards Palestine."

The missile strikes follow an escalation of Yemeni operations against Israel in support of Palestinians in Gaza, where at least 45,541 people have been killed since the beginning of the Israeli offensive on October 7, 2023.

In addition to missile attacks, Yemen has also targeted ships linked to Israel, the United States, and the United Kingdom in an effort to end Israel's war on Gaza. Yemen has vowed to continue its operations until Israel halts its military actions in Gaza.
