The Director of Human Rights Office in Sa'adah, Yahya Al-Khatib, said, "Today, August 9, we live the third anniversary of the crime of the US-Saudi aggression against Dahyan school bus and students, which is a disaster and a painful memory for the Yemeni people."
Al-Khatib pointed out that the horrific crime against children conveyed an image of the aggression, as they do not possess an iota of humanity, values and morals. He stressed that after 3 years of committing this painful crime, the international community and its humanitarian organizations did not move, despite visits of human rights and international committees to the crime scene.
He pointed out that United Nations knows of the aggression's confession of the crime and the presence of evidence, yet the Saudi regime was dropped from the list of shame and child killers.
He asked the UN if "it is OK to stand by the killers and cover up and justify their crimes," stressing that it is very shameful for the UN to mark the third anniversary of the crime against Dahyan's school bus while the criminals are off the list of killers.
