Lahj Governor Describes Murder of Yemeni Citizen as Heinous

News - Yemen: The Governor of Lahj, Ahmed Hammoud Jereeb, strongly condemned the crime of  the murder of a Yemeni youth at a checkpoint in southwestern Lahij province, by UAE-backed militants.

Abdul Malik al-Sanabani had returned to his homeland to visit his family in Sana’a after years of studying in the US, but the UAE-backed elements had accused him of being an Ansarullah member.

Governor Jerib described the crime that an unarmed Yemeni citizen was subjected to on the public road as heinous.

He said that this is a disgrace to all political forces loyal to the aggression in the southern governorates, and a shame against the Sabihah tribes who allowed militants to take their lands as strongholds of terrorism, looting and killing safe travelers.

Governor Jerib called on the Al-Sabiha sheikhs to condemn this crime and take a serious action to arrest the killers, and expel all these criminal militias.

He held the countries of aggression and their mercenaries in the southern occupied governorates responsible for this crime, confirming that those criminals will be punished.
