Why Yemeni Revolution Wins Against US-Saudi Aggression, Mercenaries?

Yemen: According to ready-made Western sociological beliefs, Yemeni society is the least amenable to revolution among the Arab societies that witnessed the “spring revolutions” starting from Tunisia in 2011 to Sudan in 2019, and the other Arab societies that preceded them in 2005 in Lebanon and Iraq.

Yemeni society consists of about 200 tribes and their branches, including 168 in the north, the most important of which are the Hashid and Bakil tribes that ruled Yemen under the leadership of Ali Saleh and Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar (founder of the Islah party) under Saudi guardianship and the US, Western and Arab supervision.

The revolutionary forces in Sa’adaH, which was founded by Sayyed Badr al-Din al-Houthi in 1992, were subjected to 5 wars as they were confronting internal corruption, injustice and poverty. However, following the invasion of Iraq in 2003, they linked the injustice of the government to its American and Saudi source, so they raised the slogan of  "Death to America, death to Israel."

The former regime launched six wars against them, in the fifth war 2005-2009, Saudi Arabia intervened through Khalid bin Sultan, who financed and supported the army and militias, and introduced American logistical support and "Al-Qaeda" fighters into the battle, with the aim of killing and ‘roasting’ the Houthis, as Abu Muhammad al-Adnani said.

Revolution of a National Liberation Movement

Following the winds of change that dismantled the region and Yemen in 2011, the forces of the revolution in Sa’adaH were distinguished from all political forces of all kinds in their goals. While all political forces sought to share in the spoils of power and influence under the "Gulf Initiative and the International Community" after the call of the Islah party. The revolution tried to dismantle dependency and change the system of governance and regime.

Ansarullah refused to bribe concessions in Sa’adah, according to the outcomes of the dialogue made in 2014. It tried to avoid the war as much as possible by participating in the dialogue, but it collided with the consensus of the political forces to submit to Saudi dependence and the guardianship of the "international community" and international institutions.

In the context of the "democratic transition" commandments, the political parties went to the fragmentation, regionalization of Yemen, the Saudi mandate, and the policy of economic colonialism that was heralded by the economic collapse that was announced by the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.

The revolution erupted in the face of tutelage and dependency policies for the sake of Yemen’s unity and independence from colonialism and Saudi tutelage. The forces of the revolution advanced on Arhab and Imran, and took control of Sana’a on September 21, 2014 in agreement with the Yemeni army, which led to the escape of Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar and Hamid al-Ahmar to Saudi Arabia.

A revolutionary minority organized in Sa’adah and Yemen, relying on the vision of the historical national liberation movements in a revolutionary change project that it formulated with local Yemeni cultural tools to mobilize popular and military energies of varying tribal and sectarian affiliations.

It is a revolution that posess all victorious elements, confronting colonial domination, standing with the people of the region with just causes like the Palestinian cause, preseving political unity and maintaining economy from collapse.

The determination of the revolution does not soften in the face of the horror of the siege, destruction, and massacres of the US-Saudi aggression, but rather strengthens it to achieve the noble goals.

The tragedy that the Yemeni people are exposed to in defense of the revolution, is subjected to ‘with people of the region’ the US policy for democracy called "the transitional period".

The horizon of the revolution is open to the hope of rebuilding, and the horizon of the US policy is to see Yemen and the region beyond the bottom, and the coming days will show that Yemen and its revolution is what will win.
