News - Yemen: Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf warned of the dangers of upcoming plans for military US-Israeli wargames. According to news agency, Saba, the Foreign Minister warned of the consequences if the region slips into a conflict.

He stressed that the peoples and countries of the region are the first victims of such military arrangements, which Tel Aviv and Washington call for.

Sharaf explained that the wargames to be conducted during the coming period come at a time when Washington is talking about the need to stabilize in the sea and international waters.

The minister stressed the importance of continuous monitoring of the new Israeli movements supported by Washington and with the participation of several countries that are following its path and are blindly led to hostile military activities. He pointed out that Yemen is not a partner in any coalition or wargames in which the Zionist entity participates. He confirmed that Armed Forces defense forces will not hesitate to deal with any intrusion by the fleets or planes of intruders in the maritime area that falls within the scope of its sovereignty and fire. 

The Foreign Minister sent a message to friends in the Russian Federation, the People's Republic of China and brothers in Iran of the necessity of seriously dealing with these suspicious moves that come with the continued aggression of the Saudi-Emirati coalition against Yemen for the seventh year with the support of Washington and the Zionist entity.

At the end of his statement, Minister Sharaf reiterated that Sana'a sees in these waregames arrangements and beginnings of escalation events and the implementation of plans that, if implemented, would lead to the militarization of the Red Sea region, the Arabian Sea and the Gulf of Aden, and serving several malicious goals of the Zionist entity, foremost of which is pushing towards normalization with it.
