News - Yemen:  Local sources in the city of Aden reported the arrival of large military reinforcements to the city. The sources said that the forces that arrived in Aden, Tuesday, consist of military vehicles and vehicles for transporting soldiers.

The sources stated that the recent reinforcements are Saudi-backed ones, aiming to protect the residence of Al-Alimi government in the Ma’ashiq Palace and to secure the movements of members of the Presidential Council and the government in Aden.

However, some considered sending new reinforcements to Aden as an indication of the turbulence of the situation among the components of the coalition, especially since these reinforcements come less than 24 hours after the arrival of military reinforcements to the city of Aden belonging to the military factions loyal to the UAE.

Some believe that it is unreasonable that the competition to send military reinforcements to the city of Aden, under the pretext of “protecting the Ma’ashiq Palace and securing the presidential and government,” erupts suddenly.
