News - Yemen: The Association of Yemeni Scholars confirmed that the crime of looting the pilgrims, returning to the homeland after performing Hajj rituals in the Abyan Governorate, a clear and flagrant expression of the state of chaos in the UAE-Saudi occupied areas 

The association denounced in a statement, Tuesday what the returning pilgrims suffered from the looting of their money, the looting of their belongings and intimidation by an armed gang in the Al-Mahfad area that intercepted the bus taking them to their areas.

“What happened regarding the crime against the pilgrims returning from Mecca is a crime that will be added to the US-Saudi mercenaries' criminal record, “ it added.

The mercenaries of the aggression had intercepted one of the buses transporting pilgrims during their return from performing Hajj, in the Al-Mahfad district in occupied Abyan. They were downed from the bus at gunpoint and their money and possessions were looted.

Activists on social media circulated videos showing the pilgrims being interrupted and looted of money and property by the Saudi-mercenaries, after threatening them with force of arms and getting them down from the bus.
