US-Saudi Backed-party Continues Crimes of Kidnapping, Torturing Women in Occupied Territories

News - Yemen: The anti-US-Saudi aggression leadership of Marib governorate condemned the arbitrary detention of women by the US-Saudi baked-party (Islamic  Brotherhood). These women are subjected to inhumane violations in prisons according to some sources and news reports .

The Egyptian citizen, Sahar Ragab Abdelmohsen, was subjected to psychological and physical torture. She was mentioned lately by news sources and the UN. Sana'a considers this crime a transgress of human values, norms, and international covenants.

The leadership of the governate pointed out that the crimes of US-Saudi aggression against female detainees and prisoners reflect the militia's behavior of the Islah party, which violates cultural and Islamic norms in Yemen.

The statement of the leadership of Marib called on the UN and human rights and humanitarian organizations to carry out its duty in stopping the crimes of the Islah militia against the kidnapped women.

Recently, the abducted Samira Marsh, who was arrested by the BrotherHood Party militia about five years ago from her home in the Al-Matoun District, Al-Jawf Governorate, arrived at Sana'a airport on Sunday.

On the third and last day, as part of the Ramadan deal for the exchange of prisoners with the Saudi aggression and its mercenaries, 105 prisoners and abductees who were in the prisons of the militias arrived. She was received by hundreds of women who awaited her at Sana'a airport.

The head of the National Committee for Prisoners Affairs, Abdulqadir Al-Murtadha, stated that the release of the abducted Samira Marsh, despite not participating in any military actions and was not charged, was in exchange for 4 members of a criminal cell affiliated with Saudi Arabia who had been sentenced to death.

Al-Murtadha indicated that after the kidnapping of Samira Marsh from her home, the mercenaries did not respond despite all the correspondence to release her, describing the crime of kidnapping her as shaim for this Party, which is rejected by tribal norms and international laws.

The case of Samira Marsh had turned into a public opinion case over the past years due to the heinousness of the crime committed by the Islah militia by kidnapping her from her home and among her children in the Al-Matoon district of Al-Jawf Governorate, which is considered a black defect in the traditions of Yemeni society.
