It indicated in a statement that the continuation of committing crimes in the occupied governorates represents a strong motive for terrorist organizations to continue with these criminal acts.
The statement expressed its surprise at the failure of the international community, the UN and the Security Council to take positions on these criminal acts against humanitarian workers.
