News - Middle East: Dozens of Palestinians have been killed as Israeli occupation forces strike al-Fakhoora School in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said on Saturday that at least 50 people were killed in the bombing of the al-Fakhoora School, which is run by the UN Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) in Jabalia refugee camp.
Reporters at the site said dead bodies were everywhere as medical teams were trying to evacuate the wounded.
The head of UNRWA said it had received “horrifying” footage of scores of people killed and injured in the school in the north of Gaza.
“These attacks cannot become commonplace, they must stop. A humanitarian ceasefire cannot wait any longer,” Philippe Lazzarini said in a post on X.
