Is Truce between ‘Israel’ , Hamas the End of Netanyahu?

Middle East: Since Friday morning, with the implementation of the ceasefire between the resistance factions in Gaza and the Israeli entity, after 49 days of the brutal Israeli aggression on the Strip, the countdown for the departure of the Prime Minister of this entity, Benjamin Netanyahu, from the political scene forever has begun, as well as the collapse of his extremist racist government.

The ceasefire and partial prisoner exchange between Hamas and the Israeli entity, imposed on the occupation entity, came as a devastating defeat for Netanyahu, who declared at the beginning of his savage aggression on Gaza a number of goals that the ceasefire would not stop until they were achieved.

These goals included "eliminating Hamas, recovering all prisoners without an agreement, and displacing the people of Gaza." However, after 49 days of aggression, using tens of thousands of tons of bombs and killing and injuring tens of thousands, mostly children and women, and destroying half of Gaza's homes and infrastructure, he failed to achieve any of these goals.

He was reluctantly forced to accept Hamas's conditions, cease fire, reach an agreement to exchange prisoners, and release women and children from its prisons in exchange for "Israeli" prisoners who were in the grip of the resistance.

Netanyahu initially raised the slogan "No to a ceasefire, no to a prisoner deal" and tried to make the prisoner release a secondary goal derived from his primary goal, which was war and the elimination of Hamas. However, he found himself caught between the hammer of the prisoners' families and relatives, who protested against him and condemned his disregard for the lives of the prisoners, and the hammer of the resistance's resilience and the patience of the people of Gaza.

Therefore, he backed down from his reckless rush, not out of concern for the lives of the prisoners, but out of concern for the disintegration of his government, and thus his exit from the political scene directly to prison.

Netanyahu's political career has practically ended not only because of his resounding failure in the 49-day war but also because of his failure to anticipate the "Al-Aqsa Flood" operation carried out by Hamas on October 7th of last year.

This operation revealed that the Palestinian people alone can defeat the Israeli entity and liberate their land. This realization terrified the supporters of the Israeli entity in the West, who unleashed the Israeli monster to commit atrocities in Gaza. These two failures will close Netanyahu's political record.

This fact explains his insistence on procrastination and refusal to talk about a ceasefire and reaching an agreement with Hamas for a prisoner exchange. He knows that a ceasefire and prisoner exchange practically mean waving the white flag in front of Hamas and accepting its conditions.

At that point, what he says to his audience will no longer matter after he betrayed them three times: first when he left them alone on October 7th, then when he failed to achieve the goals of the aggression, and finally when he succumbed to Hamas's conditions.

This fact was revealed by Abu Ubaida, the spokesman for the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas when he emerged on the 48th day of the battle to announce that "what was agreed upon regarding the ceasefire is what the resistance presented before the ground incursion and what Israel rejected, claiming that it would achieve it by military force."

This confirms that Netanyahu surrendered to Hamas's victorious conditions and acted like someone who committed suicide out of fear of death. He wanted to make war a means to escape from the dark destiny awaiting him due to the judicial reform crisis and the charges of financial, political, and moral corruption that haunt him by achieving a field victory over Hamas.

But now he has officially admitted his defeat to the resistance in Gaza by accepting the ceasefire. This ceasefire will provide the US-Israeli duo with more than enough justification and pretext to extend it, which will inevitably lead to the collapse of the Israeli government and the disappearance of Netanyahu.
