News – Yemen: The head of the National Negotiating Delegation, Mohammad Abdulsalam, issued a warning on Thursday to international shipping companies associated with Israel, stating that they will be targeted by Yemeni Armed Forces missiles if heading to Israeli ports.

Abdulsalam tweeted that international shipping companies linked to Israel should understand that any ship associated with Israel will be vulnerable to Yemeni missile attacks.

Earlier in the day, the Leader of the Revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi revealed during a televised speech that the Yemeni Armed Forces have expanded their retaliatory actions against vessels with ties to Israel, blocking their passage, even through the Indian Ocean and the Cape of Good Hope in South Africa.

Yemenis have openly supported Palestine's struggle against Israeli occupation since the devastating war on Gaza began on October 7, following Operation Al-Aqsa Storm by Palestinian resistance movements.

The Yemeni Armed Forces have vowed to continue retaliatory strikes as long as the aggression and siege on Gaza persist.

Maritime attacks have led major shipping and oil companies to halt transit through crucial trade routes, forcing tankers to navigate around Africa instead of through the Suez Canal, adding thousands of miles to their journeys.

Since the start of the Zionist genocidal war after Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, over 31,000 Palestinians, including women and children, have lost their lives.

The Israeli offensive has caused widespread destruction in Gaza, with hospitals destroyed and half of its 2.4 million residents displaced.
