News - Middle East: The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, praised the stances announced by the Yemeni Armed Forces, as a victory and defense of the Palestinian people, aimed at cutting off the supply lines to “Israel” until its aggression and siege against Gaza cease.

Hamas said in a statement: "What our brothers Ansarullah and the brave Yemeni Armed Forces are doing to support our people and resistance is an extension and translation of the historical positions of the authentic Yemeni people in support of Palestine, defending our Palestinian people against the aggressive occupation."

It called on our Arab and Islamic nation to unify its efforts in besieging the Israeli enemy, and to stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people and their national rights, foremost among them the establishment of the Palestinian state with its capital in Al-Quds.

The Palestinian resistance factions also praised the Yemeni people and the positions of the leadership of Ansarullah and the Yemeni Armed Forces, extending their greetings to the leader Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi.

In a statement issued, Friday, the factions affirmed that the announcement by the Yemeni Armed Forces of the beginning of a new phase of escalation and the efforts to cut off the supply lines to the Israeli enemy entity is a practical translation of their supportive stances towards the Palestinian cause.

They proudly followed the massive marches in which the Yemeni people expressed their authenticity and courage, affirming that the Palestinian cause is the central issue of the nation.

The factions called on the peoples and forces in the Arab and Islamic worlds to support Yemen's positions, due to their advanced and practical stance in confronting aggression and the threats of occupation to launch a ground attack against Rafah.

During the million-man demonstrations in which the Yemeni people participated, the spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, announced the implementation of the fourth phase of escalation in response to the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.

Saree explained that this phase includes targeting all ships that violate the Israeli navigation ban decision and those heading to the ports of occupied Palestine from the Mediterranean Sea.

He further affirmed that Sanaa would impose sanctions on all ships of companies involved in supplying and entering the ports of occupied Palestine, regardless of their nationality, in the event of the occupation's inclination to launch a military aggression against Rafah.

Saree added that the Yemeni Armed Forces "will prevent all ships of companies associated with the ports of the occupation from passing through its operational area, regardless of their destination."

Last Thursday, the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi, announced that the total Yemeni operations carried out in support of Palestine since the beginning of the "Storm of Al-Aqsa" battle amounted to 156 operations in the Red Sea, the Arabian Sea, the Indian Ocean, and southern occupied Palestine.

Sayyed Abdulmalik added that, "Our people's support for the Palestinian people will continue in this round and will escalate greater until the divine promise [victory] is fulfilled." He also noted that Yemen is preparing for a fourth round of escalation if Israel and the US persist in obstinacy.

Since the Zionist aggression on Gaza began, the Yemeni Armed Forces have launched three escalation stages against the Zionist enemy entity, starting with the maritime navigation ban for the Zionist entity in the Red Sea, then the navigation of ships affiliated with the enemy.

With the continuation of the Zionist aggression on Gaza, the Armed Forces expanded their operations to include enemy navigation in the Arabian Sea, reaching the Indian Ocean, and targeting the ships of the US-British aggression in response to their aggression against Yemen.
