News – Yemen: Yemen Center for Human Rights has condemned the US-British aggression targeting the government complex in Raimah Governorate and Raimah Radio after midnight on Thursday.

In a statement, the Center strongly denounced the repeated targeting of Yemeni civilian sites by the USA and the UK in their ongoing aggression against Yemen, warning against the escalation of bombing civilian and government facilities.

The statement highlighted, "This portends the US-led coalition's intention to escalate its aggression against Yemen and commit war crimes against civilians."

It cautioned the American and British leadership against becoming mired in aggression and crimes targeting the Yemeni people, which undermine international peace and security in the region and the world.

The Center called on the US-British forces to immediately halt their operations and aggression against Yemen. It also urged the United Nations and the international community to quickly adopt practical measures to stop this escalation targeting the Yemeni people and the region.

Furthermore, the Yemeni Center urged the Security Council to take effective steps to stop the economic aggression and end the blockade, which it described as being imposed by the US-Saudi coalition in violation of international law. This blockade exacerbates the humanitarian disaster and hinders peace efforts in Yemen.

The Center emphasized its commitment to human rights work, monitoring all violations infringing on the rights of the Yemeni people as guaranteed by religious, national, and international laws. It aims to support the steadfast and wronged Yemeni people and prepare for prosecuting the leaders of the aggression in national and international courts.

The United States and the United Kingdom launched two airstrikes at midnight on Wednesday targeting Raymah Province as Yemeni forces continue their maritime operations against Israeli-linked vessels in the Red Sea.

Almasirah Net correspondent in Raymah Province reported that five citizens were injured following the US-British airstrikes that targeted the radio building in the government complex in the Jabain District.
