News - Yemen: Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah affirmed that despite American fleets' deployment in the Red Sea and Arabian Sea to prevent Yemen from targeting Israeli ships, they failed, deeming it a strategic failure.

During a televised speech at a funeral ceremony for Hezbollah fighters killed in recent Israeli airstrikes in southern Lebanon, Sayyed Nasrallah noted Pentagon and US State Department statements confirming the failure to halt ship-targeting operations in the Red Sea.

He stressed Americans acknowledging that 90% of container ships no longer traverse the Red Sea.

Sayyed Nasrallah added that America admits its failure and the burden it bears, suggesting Israel should protect its ships. However, due to incapability, America has assumed this responsibility. He highlighted American failure and Israeli inability to engage in Yemen.

Sayyed Nasrallah mentioned that Israel, unable to wage war there, has left the Yemen front to Britain and America. Despite enemy divisions and bombardments, Gaza resistance prevented the conclusion of the besieged Rafah battle.

Yemen openly supports Palestine against Zionist occupation since Israel's devastating war on Gaza. Yemen's Armed Forces pledge ongoing retaliation. Maritime attacks led major shipping companies to halt voyages to Israel.

Israel killed over 37,390 Palestinians, mostly women and children, in Gaza since that October day.
