In a statement on Tuesday, the Joint Meeting Parties considered the targeting of educational institutions a serious and unacceptable escalation. At the same time, they affirmed that such actions will not deter Yemen from continuing to support Gaza and Palestine at all levels, both publicly and officially, including targeting ships connected to the Israeli enemy in the sea.
The statement extended sincere condolences and sympathy to the families and relatives of the victims of this crime.
The brutal airstrikes carried out by the US-British aggression on Tuesday morning near Aisha Girls' School in the Al-Jund area of Taiz have sparked outrage among Yemenis.
The child, Hamas Abdullah, was martyred as a result of these airstrikes, along with Saja Ahmed Dahan, who died during a stampede caused by the US-British airstrikes near the school.
Local sources in the area reported that the students at the school were gripped by fear and panic, leading to fainting and shock in more than 13 girls as they were leaving the school. The injured students were taken to the military hospital and Al-Quds Hospital in Al-Jund.
