News - Yemen: Several citizens were martyred and injured early Thursday morning in a series of airstrikes carried out by the Israeli occupation forces on the capital, Sana’a, and the coastal province of Hodeidah in western Yemen.

According to Almasirah Net correspondent, the Israeli airstrikes targeted the central power stations in Haziz (south of Sana’a) and Dhahban (north of the capital).

Four airstrikes hit the Haziz power station, while two targeted the Dhahban power station. Civil defense teams managed to extinguish fires at the Dhahban station, while efforts continue at Haziz.

In Hodeidah, four strikes targeted the Hodeidah port, and two more hit the Ras Isa oil facility. Reports confirmed casualties among employees at the Ras Isa facility due to the Israeli aggression.

Israeli media acknowledged the airstrikes, claiming they targeted the Haziz and Dhahban power stations in Sana’a and the Hodeidah port alongside the Ras Isa oil facility.

Meanwhile, a US official told Associated Press that the United States was not involved in the attacks on Yemen. However, Axios cited a US official stating that Israel had informed the US in advance about the operation in Yemen.
