News - Middle East: The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine has praised the high-quality military operations conducted by the Yemeni Armed Forces, the latest of which targeted a Zionist military site in the occupied city of Jaffa.

In a statement issued Wednesday, the Popular Front affirmed that Yemen’s missile operation underscores its role as a critical pillar in the front supporting Palestine and confronting Western and Zionist crimes and hegemony.

The statement emphasized that this precise operation demonstrates Yemen’s steadfastness, despite enduring siege, aggression, and bombardment, and highlights its unyielding support for the Palestinian cause.

The Popular Front also acknowledged Yemen’s courage and commitment, reaffirming that the country remains a vital force in the resistance against occupation and a steadfast ally of the Palestinian people.

Additionally, the statement declared the Popular Front’s unwavering support for Yemen in its struggle against threats and aggression by the Western-Zionist alliance.

Since the onset of the Israeli regime’s war on Gaza on October 7, 2023—after Palestinian resistance movements launched Operation Al-Aqsa Storm—Yemen has declared unwavering support for Palestine’s struggle against occupation. The Yemeni Armed Forces have launched regular strikes against Israel as part of a phased escalation campaign.

This campaign has included a strict maritime blockade of Israeli shipping, effectively preventing vessels from reaching Israeli ports. In the initial phase, Yemeni forces targeted the port of Umm al-Rashrash in southern occupied Palestine. This escalation marks the culmination of a year-long series of actions across five phases.

Yemeni military advancements have now enabled strikes deep within Israel, reaching Jaffa and other key locations. These attacks have utilized hypersonic missiles and advanced drones with significant destructive capabilities, targeting ports and critical military infrastructure throughout occupied Palestine.
