Yemen Thwarts Espionage Attempts: New Victory Against British and Saudi Intelligence

Yemen: The security apparatus has achieved a new victory against British and Saudi intelligence, thwarting hostile attempts targeting Yemen through Yemeni spies.

The announcement of the security forces' success in countering the hostile activities of the British MI6 and Saudi intelligence adds to the achievements accumulated over a decade since the September 21 Revolution. It deepens the frustration of global intelligence agencies seeking to fragment Yemen, dismantle its unity, and undermine its revolution.

This accomplishment coincides with the Yemeni army’s military victories in the "Promised Victory and Sacred Jihad" campaign to support the oppressed in Gaza, amidst Arab, Islamic, and international silence, and alongside ongoing American and British aggression against Yemen for over a year in support of the Zionist entity.

The security forces continue to solidify stability, protect national unity, and shield the country from foreign infiltrations aimed at undermining its military capabilities and targeting state leaders, similar to past incidents in Lebanon.

Despite persistent efforts by British and Saudi intelligence to gather information on Yemen's military capabilities and weapon storage locations, the "intelligence blindness" noted by Western media has led to repeated attempts to recruit Yemeni spies. Such efforts have persisted throughout the Saudi-American aggression since March 26, 2015, but have consistently been countered by Yemen's vigilant security forces.

A Series of Security Achievements
Brigadier General Mujib Al-Ansari, an expert in security affairs, emphasized that exposing the British and Saudi espionage cell is part of Yemen's continuous security successes.

He highlighted the significant challenges faced by American, British, and Israeli intelligence in gathering information, prompting reliance on sleeper cells and espionage networks.

Al-Ansari noted the failure of foreign intelligence agencies to locate training centers or missile and drone storage facilities, leading to the activation of dormant cells. He stressed that Yemen’s security forces are effectively dismantling these networks, including a British-linked cell uncovered in 2020.

Yemen Exposes Western Weakness
Military and security expert Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Khaled affirmed Yemen's victory over Western powers, particularly the U.S. and Britain. He praised Yemen's advanced military capabilities and its ability to disrupt and expose the weaknesses of adversaries in the region.

A Blow to British Intelligence
Dr. Ali Hamieh, a strategic affairs researcher, described Yemen as a cornerstone of the Resistance Axis, playing a pivotal role in confronting the Zionist entity and its allies.

He emphasized that Yemen's resilience has thwarted the goals of prolonged Saudi-Emirati aggression and exposed the failure of Western intelligence, despite their technological superiority.

He concluded that Yemen's unity and the leadership of Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi have transformed the nation into a formidable power, breaking Western dominance in the region and delivering successive blows to its adversaries.
