News - Yemen: The US-British-Zionist aggression launched a series of hostile airstrikes this Friday afternoon targeting the capital, Sanaa, coinciding with the weekly million-strong popular gatherings in support of Gaza.

He noted that during the airstrikes, the assembled masses in Al-Sabeen Square chanted slogans of freedom, along with traditional chants challenging the US-British aggression and slogans.

The correspondent also reported that the US-British-Zionist aggression targeted the central Haziz power station in Sanhan District with a series of airstrikes.

Meanwhile, Zionist enemy media stated: "We are launching extensive attacks in Yemen in cooperation with the United States and Britain."

Earlier, the US-British aggression launched 12 airstrikes on Harf Sufyan District in Amran Governorate, north of the capital, Sanaa.  

Almasirah correspondent in Hodeidah also reported series of hostile airstrikes target Ras Isa Port, in addition to six aggressive airstrikes target Hodeidah Port.  

The airstrikes took place shortly before the governorate's preparations for mass marches this afternoon in 61 public squares in support of Gaza and as a challenge to the US-British-Zionist aggression against Yemen.

On Thursday morning, the US-British aggression carried out a series of airstrikes on Sanaa, Hodeidah, and Amran. Two airstrikes targeted the Jarban area in Sanaa Governorate, while three others hit Harf Sufyan District in Amran Governorate.  

Additionally, an airstrike targeted Al-Luhayyah District in the coastal Hodeidah Governorate, west of the country.

On Wednesday afternoon, the coalition's aircraft carried out two airstrikes on the Jarban area in Sanhan District, Sanaa Governorate, and five strikes on Harf Sufyan District in Amran Governorate.

Last Sunday, the US-British coalition launched three airstrikes on Saada Governorate.

These attacks by the US-British coalition are part of an ongoing aggression against Yemen, which has persisted for over a year. The attacks are reportedly in support of the Israeli regime, aiming to pressure Yemen into abandoning its support for the Palestinian people, who have been enduring genocidal war by Israel since October 2023.

Sana'a has reaffirmed its commitment to the Al-Aqsa Flood operation by continuing strikes deep into Israeli territory and imposing a naval blockade on the Israeli regime until the assault on Gaza is halted.
