Military Expert Declares US-British Aggression in Yemen a Complete Failure

News - Yemen: Military analyst and expert Zain Al-Abidin Othman confirmed that the US-British aggression against Yemen has failed to achieve any of its objectives.

In a statement marking the one-year anniversary of the US-British aggression, Othman explained that despite the escalation and involvement of US Navy groups and aircraft carriers in bombing operations—including airstrikes and Tomahawk missiles launched from destroyers and frigates—the aggression has not yielded any results in achieving Washington and London’s objectives.

“On the contrary, the American aggression has contributed to the advancement of Yemen’s military capabilities. The longer this aggression persists, the more it will contribute to Yemen’s military development,” Othman stated.

He emphasized that the reality on the ground has demonstrated the complete failure of the aggression, which can be seen in the admissions of American and Israeli leaderships. Their statements highlight the failure of air operations to achieve deterrence and the inability of US efforts to rally international or Western support against Yemen.

According to Othman, repeated US-British military movements in the Red Sea have failed to neutralize the Yemeni Armed Forces’ ongoing operations or to provide protection for Israeli ships in the region. He described these efforts as futile attempts to chase illusions, ignoring the long-term consequences of their actions, which are inadvertently accelerating the development of Yemen’s defensive and offensive military capabilities.

He compared this situation to the decline of powers like Britain and France after World War II, attributing such a decline to the resilience of Yemen’s forces.

Othman highlighted the failure of the US, Britain, and Israel to achieve their goals, contrasting this with the achievements of the Yemeni Armed Forces over the past year. Yemen’s military capabilities and weapons systems have undergone dramatic development, and military operations in support of Gaza continue to intensify.

He elaborated on the unprecedented escalation during the 5th phase of operations, particularly in the latter months of the past year. This included near-daily strikes deep into Israeli territory and preemptive operations targeting US Navy groups and aircraft carriers. Notably, the USS Lincoln was attacked and forced to retreat, while the USS Truman suffered its third attack, thwarting its aggressive activities.

Othman warned that the repercussions of the reckless US-British aggression extend beyond the damage Yemen has inflicted on their ships and warships at sea. These consequences include the broader destruction of American and British interests in the region, marking the decline of US and Israeli dominance in the Arab world.

Despite its advanced military capabilities, Israel faces significant challenges in addressing the Yemeni threat, particularly as Yemen continues to assert its support for the Palestinian cause and retaliates against aggression. With ongoing protests and escalating tensions, the conflict's repercussions are being felt both regionally and within Israel’s domestic sphere.
