News - Yemen: The United States launched early Friday five airstrikes on Harf Sufyan District in Amran Province, north of Sana’a.

Last Friday, the US-British aggression carried out 12 airstrikes targeting Harf Sufyan in the same province.

Additionally, the US-Israeli-British coalition launched a series of aggressive airstrikes last Friday targeting the capital, Sana’a, coinciding with massive weekly demonstrations in solidarity with Gaza.

Almasirah Net reporter confirmed that the aggression targeted the vicinity of Al-Sabeen Square in the capital as crowds gathered for the weekly million-strong marches in support of Gaza. The aggression also targeted the central electricity station in Hizziz, located in Sanhan District, with eight airstrikes.

These attacks by the US-British coalition are part of an ongoing aggression against Yemen, which has persisted for over a year. The attacks are reportedly in support of the Israeli regime, aiming to pressure Yemen into abandoning its support for the Palestinian people, who have been enduring genocidal war by Israel since October 2023.

Sana'a has reaffirmed its commitment to the Al-Aqsa Flood operation by continuing strikes deep into Israeli territory and imposing a naval blockade on the Israeli regime until the assault on Gaza is halted.

In his latest weekly speech, Leader of the Revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi confirmed that the Yemeni Armed Forces would continue launching attacks against Israeli-linked targets if strikes continue on Gaza.

“Our military operations will continue in support of the Palestinian people if the Israeli enemy continues its genocidal massacres and escalation before implementing the ceasefire agreement,” he said.
