In its session, the Parliament warned the mercenary leaders against accepting the economic war scheme, which is being waged by the US-Saudi aggression coalition against Yemen, including the continuation of the plundering of Yemen’s oil wealth.
It mentioned the security chaos in the occupied governorates, terrorizing citizens, disturbing public peace, torture and looting of passers-by and travelers, demanded to stop these crimes and give priority to the citizen.
It held the US-Saudi mercenaries responsible for abandoning national sovereignty, violating the constitution, and allowing the passing of those criminal and conspiratorial schemes that target Yemen and Yemeni People.
Recently, a military commander confirmed that the US-Saudi aggression and the Saudi-backed government enjoy torturing the people of the occupied southern governorates through successive crises, causing the collapse of the currency and the absence of basic services.
“It is unacceptable that the people of Aden and the occupied governorates continue to suffer in light of the electricity and water cuts and the high prices,” the commander of the Al-Wahbi Brigades, Major General Bakil bin Saleh Al-Wahbi told Saba Agency. “These crises came under the tyranny of Saudi Arabia, the Emirates, the Saudi-backed government and the Emirati-backed Southern Transitional Council.”
Aden and southern governorates are witnessing security chaos, and almost daily crimes, under the control of the forces of US-Saudi aggression and Saudi-Emirati occupation. In addition to kidnapping, bombings and clashes between militants fighting for influence, people in southern Yemen witness an increase in the number of assassinations involving military personnel, security leaders, religious and social figures.
The Yemeni riyal continued its collapse against foreign currencies in the governorates under the control of the US-Saudi aggression and occupation, reaching over 1400 riyals per dollar.
Economists attributed the continued collapse of the local currency to several factors, including the deepening of corruption in the pro-aggression government, in addition to the impact of the news circulating about the near depletion of foreign exchange reserves at the Central Bank in Aden.#US_Saudi_Aggression #Parliament 23-07-31
