Armed Forces Targeted Umm Al-Rashrash with 6 Operations, US and UK Ships, Destroyers

News - Yemen: The Yemeni Armed Forces carried six military operations over the past 72 hours employing a significant number of ballistic missiles and drones.

The spokesmen for the Armed Forces, Yahya Sare'e, announced that the naval forces and missile force carried four joint operations targeting four ships, including the American vessel (MAERSK SARATOGA) in the Gulf of Aden, the American ship (APL DETROIT) in the Red Sea, British ship (HUANG PU) in the Red Sea, and the ship PRETTY LADY, which was en route to ports in occupied Palestine.

The Armed Forces noted that the air force executed a specific military operation targeting two American war destroyers in the Red Sea.

The missile force carried out a military operation targeting several Israeli targets in the Umm al-Rashrash area, south of occupied Palestine.

The spokesmen for the Armed Forces emphasized the successful achievement of their objectives.

The Yemeni Armed Forces, dedicating these military operations to all the Mujahideen in the Palestinian resistance factions in the Gaza Strip, reaffirm their commitment to conducting further operations against all hostile targets.

They also reiterate their decision to prevent Israeli navigation or vessels heading to ports in occupied Palestine in the Red, Arabian Seas and the Indian Ocean until the aggression ceases, the siege on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip is lifted.

Earlier, the Armed Forces announced to expand the the scope of their operations against Israeli ships, those linked to Israel, or those heading to the ports of occupied Palestine, to include the Indian Ocean long to the Cape of Good Hope.

Since the commencement of the Israeli regime's relentless military campaign against Gaza in early October, the Yemenis have openly declared their support for Palestine's struggle against the Israeli occupation.

Israel initiated its genocidal war on Gaza on October 7 after the Palestinian Hamas resistance group carried out Operation Al-Aqsa Storm against the usurping entity in retaliation for its intensified atrocities against the Palestinian people.

The Tel Aviv regime has also imposed a "complete siege" on the territory, cutting off fuel, electricity, food, and water to the more than two million Palestinians living there.

Since the start of the offensive, the Tel Aviv regime has killed over 32,414 Palestinians and injured more than 74,787 others.

The Yemeni Armed Forces have conducted recent attacks on ships with ties to Israel near Yemeni ports, including the interception and seizure of a vessel associated with the Tel Aviv regime on November 19.

The maritime attacks have forced some of the world’s biggest shipping and oil companies to suspend transit through one of the world’s most important maritime trade routes.

Tankers are instead adding thousands of miles to  shipping routes by sailing around the continent of Africa rather than going through the Suez Canal.
